Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Trade Support Engineer to join our Front Office Technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer with a strong STEM background who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and real-time systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live trading systems, exchange connectivity, and market data feeds
- Investigate and resolve real-time production incidents and trading anomalies.
- Troubleshoot order execution issues, latency spikes, and data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with developers, quantitative researchers, and traders to identify root causes.
- Conduct post-incident analysis and improve system reliability.
- Build and maintain monitoring tools, dashboards, and automation scripts.
- Support operational processes, alerting frameworks, and runbooks.
- Develop increasing ownership of trading platform operations as experience grows
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another STEM discipline.
