Your Role

As Head Chef, you will be the creative force behind our kitchen, driving menus, leading a passionate team, and championing fresh, seasonal produce from trusted local suppliers.

You will:

  • Develop and execute imaginative menus that balance classic and contemporary style.
  • Lead, inspire, and train a talented brigade with positivity and professionalism.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Work closely with management to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Build relationships with local producers and artisans to showcase the best of the region.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience as a Head or Senior Sous Chef in a similar setting.
  • Brings a strong understanding of seasonal, locally inspired British cuisine.
  • Leads by example, mentoring the team and fostering a positive kitchen culture.
