What You'll Be Doing
No two days are quite the same, but you'll spend your weekends:
- Welcoming Our Guests
- Greeting every guest with a genuine, friendly welcome.
- Checking guests in for treatments and spa experiences.
- Showing guests around our beautiful spa facilities, including the beachfront spa area.
- Helping guests settle in and ensuring they have everything they need for a relaxing visit.
- Answering questions about treatments, facilities and memberships.
- Keeping Things Running Smoothly
- Answering telephone calls professionally and confidently.
- Managing spa bookings and updating appointments using our computer booking system.
- Responding to guest enquiries and helping guests find the perfect spa experience.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate booking records.
- Creating a Beautiful Environment
- Keeping the reception and spa lounge areas clean, tidy and welcoming throughout the day.
- Ensuring refreshments, towels, robes and amenities are well stocked.
- Helping maintain the presentation of the beachfront spa facilities.
- Reporting any maintenance or housekeeping issues promptly.
- Working Together
- Supporting our Spa Therapists and wider hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Attending team briefings and contributing positively to the department.
- Being flexible and happy to help wherever needed.
What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who:
- Loves making people feel welcome.
- Has a naturally positive, friendly personality.
- Enjoys delivering outstanding customer service.
- Is confident answering the telephone and speaking with guests.
- Is comfortable using computers and booking systems.
- Has excellent organisational skills and great attention to detail.
- Can stay calm and organised during busy periods.
- Takes pride in creating beautiful, welcoming spaces.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in hospitality, a spa, leisure or hotel environment is an advantage, but your attitude and personality are just as important to us.
Hours
This is a part-time weekend role, with shifts worked on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays as required.
