Are you passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment where no two days are the same? At The Relais Cooden Beach, we are looking for confident and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team and work across all areas of our Food & Beverage department, with a particular passion for bar service.
From crafting the perfect flat white to shaking up signature cocktails, you will play a key role in creating exceptional moments for our guests across our Restaurant, Bar and Events spaces.

What you will be doing:
- Delivering outstanding service across Restaurant, Bar and Events operations
- Providing knowledgeable and engaging bar service
- Preparing high-quality coffees and cocktails (barista and mixology skills are desirable but not essential as training will be given)
- Ensuring every guest receives a warm, professional and memorable experience
- Supporting your team across all F&B areas to maintain seamless service
- Upholding the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness and hospitality
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a bar environment (essential)
- Barista and cocktail-making experience (highly desirable)
- A natural flair for customer service with a friendly, professional approach
- A team player who is flexible and happy to support across all F&B areas
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Must be over 18 years of age
