Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading by example? We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests.

As an F&B Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to support the day-to-day operation, inspire your team, and ensure outstanding service standards are consistently delivered. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing and motivating others.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and supporting the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day
  • Acting as a role model by maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, and presentation
  • Assisting with the supervision, coaching, and development of team members
  • Creating a positive and engaging team culture where colleagues feel supported and motivated
  • Ensuring service areas are well-organised, welcoming, and operating efficiently
  • Handling guest requests and resolving any issues with confidence and professionalism

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or in a similar hospitality leadership role
  • A proven ability to motivate, support, and develop team members
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and remain focused under pressure
  • Professional, confident, and approachable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
