We value ownership, teamwork and doing things properly. If that sounds like you, we would like to hear from you.
The role: You will take full accountability for your store and deliver practical retail excellence every day. That means you will:

- Work stock and execute core processes alongside your team
- Drive disciplined store standards across presentation, stock flow and service
- Manage sales, wages and costs with commercial awareness
- Build a capable team that understands clear expectations
- Hold standards consistently and address performance directly
- Guide your team through operational change as we strengthen capability

What you bring:
- Leadership experience in retail or a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on approach and pride in execution
- Confidence holding people accountable
- Strong organisation and operational discipline
- A team-first mindset
- The resilience to lead through change
You take ownership. You follow through. You do the job properly.
What you receive:
- Real opportunity for progression as we strengthen our network, for leaders who take ownership and deliver results
- Predictable two-week roster with consistent hours
- Every second Saturday and no Sunday work
- Three consecutive days off each fortnight
- Above Award hourly rates including penalties and overtime
- 17.5 percent annual leave loading
- Bonus program, including semi-annual and annual payouts
- Team Member discount for you and your immediate family
- Paid parental leave
- Employee Assistance Program
- Access to earned wages through Humanforce Thrive
- Stability within a growing national retail business
