We’re looking for a Part Time Team Leader to support our store teams and regularly step into a leadership role. In this position, you’ll lead shifts more frequently, support day-to-day store operations, and guide team members to deliver great customer experiences — particularly during periods when a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is not in-store. Training and development will be provided to support you in building your leadership capability.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading shifts and supporting the smooth operation of the store

  • Stocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
  • Supporting day-to-day store operations and priorities

What you’ll bring:

  • A reliable and confident approach to work
  • Ability to support, guide and influence team members on shift
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move stock up to 16kg and use ladders safely
  • Availability to work across weekdays, weekends and peak trade periods based on store requirements

Training will be provided to support you in the Team Leader role.

What we offer:

  • Ongoing training and development to build your leadership and management capability
  • A clear pathway toward future leadership and management opportunities
  • A part-time roster with guaranteed hours, plus the opportunity to work additional hours if you choose
  • Team Member discount for you and an immediate family member
  • Instant access to your pay with Humanforce
  • Thrive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with free, confidential support
