Dollarama Australia operates The Reject Shop store network, bringing together a hands-on retail culture with the scale, structure and standards of a global value retailer. Arndale is part of that journey, helping shape the next chapter of retail across the Australian network. We are looking for a Retail Store Manager who leads from within the team.
You will be in the work, working stock, executing processes, and setting clear standards by doing, not directing. Leadership here happens on the floor. We value ownership, teamwork and doing things properly. If that sounds like you, we would like to hear from you.
The role: You will take full accountability for your store and deliver practical retail excellence every day. That means you will:
- Lead from the floor, not the office
- Work stock and execute core processes alongside your team
- Drive disciplined store standards across presentation, stock flow and service
- Manage sales, wages and costs with commercial awareness
- Build a capable team that understands clear expectations
- Hold standards consistently and address performance directly
