The Role
This Senior Product Management role is suited for an experienced Product Manager within Asset Management or Fund Management who is dynamic, driven, highly organized, and enjoys working autonomously.
The Senior Product Management team serves as the central hub for product initiatives and project work within the firm, with interaction with senior stakeholders and teams worldwide.
The candidate will manage the product infrastructure platform, focusing on projects that shape platform operations.
Responsibilities include acting as secretary to the Investment Funds Product committee and its sub-committee, managing communication with Group Investment Product Committees, and leading product updates for internal stakeholders.
The role involves supporting product development initiatives, including launching new funds and modifying existing fund offerings to support business growth and regulatory compliance.
The Senior Product Manager will contribute to Consumer Duty reporting and complete AIFMD regulatory reports quarterly.
Engagement with external vendors like Fundinfo to streamline operations is essential.
The role involves significant data management responsibilities, overseeing production and publication of EMT, EPT, EET, TPT, monthly factsheets, and KID/KIID documentation.
The candidate will oversee dynamic data publication (NAVs, GAVs), OCFs, dividends, and holdings data, ensuring accuracy across internal systems and data vendors.
Acting as the contact point for client tax reporting and handling queries related to share class setup and data requests is also required.
The role reports to Asset Management Boards, Mancos, and other global stakeholders.
The Candidate
Must have Product Management experience within Asset or Investment Management, specifically with Multi Asset Fund Products.
Experience working on offshore platform products is preferred.
A solid understanding of the regulatory framework is essential.
Strong project management skills are required.
A degree (preferably in Economics) is ideal, but experience is more critical.
