Who we are looking for
RFP Team supports State Street\’s Investment Services, the revenue generation activities within the group. Critical requirement is the technical knowledge and understanding of Investment Servicing products. RFP experience is not required
Working as part of our London team, training and support will be provided on the RFP processes, enabling you to collate and craft response documents, ensuring deadlines and risk excellence standards are met

What you will be responsible for
As Request for Proposal Writer you will you will
RFP Completion (50%)
- Project management of detailed client proposals covering a wide range of products including (but not limited to) global custody; accounting; fund administration; trustee & depositary services; and data & analytics
- Sourcing accurate response content
- Managing the response process from kick-off meeting to dispatch of final response documents, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
Drafting, proof-reading, editing and reviewing content (30%)
- Working in close cooperation with the sales teams, product managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure proposal input is well-written, accurate, balanced, persuasive and timely
RFP Database (15%)
- Submission of new and updated material to the RFP database
Projects (5%)
- Creative solutions related to continuous-improvement projects
- Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role
- Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in your behaviour
- Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making
- Support the \’Risk Excellence\’ culture within the business
- Adhere to limits of delegation and escalation procedures required by your manager so that you comply with internal policies and external regulations
