Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and ensure the Bank follows statutory and regulatory procedures to mitigate litigation risks. Assist the Company Secretary with company secretarial duties. Review and update the Bank\’s standard documents in collaboration with external legal advisors. Review, amend, and approve contractual documents with the Bank\’s suppliers and service providers. Negotiate and agree on legal documentation, including banking agreements with customers. Manage litigation processes through the Bank\’s solicitors. Provide advice on employment law and regulations. Assist with all aspects of corporate governance. Skills: 3-5 years of experience drafting legal documentation within a financial institution. Strong understanding of banking services and products.
