The Employee Case Administrator (ERA Specialist) position at Interpath Advisory is a vital role within our corporate insolvency team, focusing specifically on employee-related matters. As a case administrator, you will manage a portfolio of corporate cases that involve a variety of complex employee issues. This role is suited for individuals who have previous experience in ERA work and are ready to take on responsibilities in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will partner with restructuring colleagues to manage employee matters arising within corporate insolvency engagements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to case managers on corporate insolvency cases, primarily from the office and occasionally on client sites;
- Managing a portfolio of cases, actively progressing employee claims;
- Attending and advising in employee meetings related to your cases;
- Ensuring timely responses to all correspondence and queries;
- Preparing various employee-related documents, including correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports;
- Engaging with stakeholders such as insolvency office-holders, directors, and employees concerning employee matters;
- Maintaining the integrity of our employee database (IPS);
- Liaising with HR and payroll personnel to resolve employee-related issues;
- Processing payments to HMRC and pension providers on time;
- Demonstrating a strong work ethic and maintaining quality standards in every task;
- Prioritizing your workload effectively to meet important deadlines; and
- Keeping up-to-date with employment legislation to provide informed advice.
