Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring all funds are correctly allocated and reconciled

  • Chasing and processing outstanding balances in line with service level agreements
  • Handling account transactions such as refunds and credits.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial guidelines and industry regulations
