Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring all funds are correctly allocated and reconciled
- Communicating professionally with customer, keeping them informed and resolving any account queries
- Chasing and processing outstanding balances in line with service level agreements
- Handling account transactions such as refunds and credits.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial guidelines and industry regulations
