Full-time (39 hours) (including time in college) Field based role working across Merseyside

Annual salary: £16,224 (FTE)

Fixed term: 4 years

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Assist with repairs and maintenance on a full range of heating systems.
  • Assist with installation of new and refurbished heating systems using a full range of techniques and materials.
  • Assist with routine testing and inspection of all types of gas/heating systems.
  • Adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures and undertake relevant training.
  • Comply with relevant health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Genuine interest in working in the gas industry.
  • GCSE or equivalent standard in Maths and English (Grade 4 or above).
  • Positive approach to completing relevant courses and qualifications.
  • Flexibility towards varied work and schedules.
  • Excellent customer service skills and punctuality.
  • Demonstrated organisational and planning skills.
