Job Summary
The Site Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of social housing construction and retrofit projects, ensuring works are completed on programme, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social housing construction and retrofit projects (occupied and unoccupied) on‑site.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and multiple workstreams.
- Maintain health, safety, environmental and PAS 2035 compliance.
- Engage with residents and ensure high levels of resident liaison.
- Ensure quality control of all work to required standards.
- Report on project progress, budgets and timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on social housing projects.
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, CDM Regulations and quality control processes.
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
