Annual salary: £33,500 – £35,000 (FTE) with NAEA; realistic OTE £41,500 – £43,000, uncapped commission and referral bonuses.
Permanent, full‑time (35 hours per week). Schedule: 1 in 4 Saturdays; a day off in lieu the following week. Base: Liverpool city centre office, hybrid working.
You’ll play a pivotal role within our Sales team, acting as the right hand to the Sales Manager and helping drive the success of the department. You’ll manage a high‑quality pipeline, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and build strong, lasting relationships with both vendors and buyers.

- NAEA desired; if not held, must be achieved within 12 months.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle essential.
