The role
As a Safeguarding Officer you will provide services across the Regenda Homes Region (Manchester), managing safeguarding cases from start to finish. You will work alongside the Oldham neighbourhood team to protect and support our customers, providing advice and guidance around safeguarding matters. You will also have the opportunity to undertake project work when required, and are expected to develop strong working relationships with partner agencies and local authorities while treating customers with diligence, respect and care.

- Safeguarding qualifications or willingness to obtain them
- Experience working in safeguarding, preferably in the housing sector
- Methodical, accurate, keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to query data and information
- Teamwork and independent working ability
- Good organisational skills, able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Full UK driving licence
