Overview
Full-time (39 hours), part-time and flexible working patterns available; Field based role working across Greater Manchester. Annual salary of ÂŁ34,700 (FTE). Permanent role.
Responsibilities
As a Multi-Skilled Joiner you will complete all repair and improvement work safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction. Youâll communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers whilst performing other duties as appropriate to the job level, including providing support to colleagues as directed by your manager.
This position suits a highly motivated, enthusiastic person, who can work in a fast-paced environment.
The right fit
- Youâll be competent in at least two of the following trades (one of which must be joinery):
- Joinery
- Plumbing
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Roofing
- Glazing
- Youâll have an NVQ Level 2 qualification in a core trade or equivalent.
- Youâll have a full UK driving licence.
- Youâll possess fantastic teamwork ability and communication skills.
- Youâll have full awareness of relevant H&S requirements.
- Experience of working within a Housing Association environment and managing repairs would be desirable.
