Annual salary of £32,000 (FTE). Permanent role. Full‑time (35 hours), part‑time and flexible working patterns available. Offices based in L1 & L5, hybrid working.
The purpose of this role is to actively recruit learners onto AEB & Study programmes, providing high quality Information, Advice and Guidance to individuals, ensuring they are supported to enrol on the most relevant training programme and achieve their full potential. Learner recruitment will focus on adult education budget programmes & study programmes. To play a key part in ensuring programmes are promoted and well attended as well as ensuring The Learning Foundry’s profile is raised across the Liverpool City Region. To signpost individuals to external provision where TLF provision will not support them to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in a similar field / role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, able to communicate highly complex information that may be difficult to understand to internal and external stakeholders and make presentations to internal and external groups on a regular basis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate concerns, and complex/contentious issues in a diplomatic manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels across the Company and with external stakeholders and committed to teamwork.
- Desirably have an IAG Level 3 qualification.
- Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
- Driving licence and own transport.
