As a Sales Negotiator at Redwing, you’ll be a key player in the busy, fast-paced sales team. You’ll be responsible for managing a strong pipeline, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and nurturing relationships with both vendors and buyers.
Responsibilities
- You will need to be confident and articulate with proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in a fast-paced estate agency.
- Have the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Be highly motivated, target-driven and proactive in approach, being able to hit the ground running and handle a busy workload with ease.
- Valuation experience is a bonus, but not essential.
- Additional responsibilities include keeping branch and personal activity records, negotiating between buyers and vendors to ensure the best price is achieved and completing all legal documents relating to the sale of property, including full sales progression process.
Requirements
- We’re seeking an ambitious Sales Negotiator who brings energy, professionalism and proven estate agency ability.
- Previous industry experience is essential, but we’re far more interested in performance, attitude and potential than simply years in the role.
- Candidates should be confident handling applicants and vendors, negotiating sales and identifying opportunities to generate mortgage and conveyancing referrals through outstanding customer service.
- Shared Ownership Knowledge is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
- Access to own vehicle is essential.
- NAEA qualification desirable.
Salary and Benefits
- Annual salary of Basic Salary of £30,000 - £31,400 (With NAEA) (£38,000 - £39,400 Realistic OTE)
- Uncapped Commission & Referral Bonuses

- Full-time (35 hours)
- 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day back in lieu following week
- Liverpool city centre office base, hybrid working
