The role
As a property Valuation Consultant at Redwing, you’ll be a key player in the busy, fast paced sales team.
You will be the heart of generating growth and profit, while being responsible for assisting the sales team with managing a strong pipeline, negotiating offers, and nurturing relationships with both vendors and buyers.
You will need to be confident and articulate with a proven experience as a valuer in a fast-paced estate agency.
Have the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Be highly motivated, target-driven and proactive in approach, being able to hit the ground running and handle a busy workload with ease.
You will be responsible for ensuring that we offer an exceptional service from the market appraisal through to the final completion, and ensuring targets are met.

- NAEA/ARLA/NFOPP Qualification

- Evidence of working flexibly and adapting to changing requirements.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy in dealing with and resolving dispute situations.
