Annual salary of £34,310 - £39,071 (FTE); upper bracket accessed upon completion of the Level 3 TPI qualification within the first 18 months. Permanent full‑time (35 hrs) role based in the Liverpool city centre office, with part‑time and flexible working patterns available.
As a Property Manager (Leasehold) within the Residential Management Team, you will be the face of Redwing and will manage a property portfolio that includes multiple tenure types, including Leasehold, Shared Ownership and Commercial properties. You will provide an effective and responsive management service to customers and other key stakeholders, reaching the highest possible standard of customer care, and deliver the Home Ownership services for your patch including Right to Buy / Right to Acquire applications, Shared Ownership staircasing, Lease Extensions, management packs for leasehold properties and the coordination of Equity Loan redemption.
Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse property portfolio, including leasehold, shared ownership and commercial properties.
- Deliver customer‑focused management services and maintain high standards of customer care.
- Handle Home Ownership services (Right to Buy/Acquire, staircasing, Lease Extensions) and Equity Loan redemption coordination.
- Prepare and monitor service charge budgets.
- Support and coordinate with team members and stakeholders across the organisation.
- Use the company’s systems and Microsoft Office suite for day‑to‑day tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in the property/housing industry.
- Experience working in a customer‑focused environment dealing with residential property matters.
- Desirable experience managing Lease Extensions, Staircasing and Shared Ownership sales.
- Must have access to and drive an own vehicle.
- Excellent communication, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.
- Lateral and innovative thinker.
