Building strong relationships with our subsidiaries will be key to your success. You'll take the time to understand their priorities, challenges and ambitions, becoming a trusted advisor who provides strategic marketing and communications support tailored to their needs.

You’ll bring significant marketing and communications experience, alongside a strong understanding of at least one of the sectors in which the Regenda Group operates, including social housing, property, regeneration, construction, education or charitable services. This knowledge will enable you to provide valuable insight, constructive challenge and fresh thinking that helps teams achieve their goals.

  • Commercially aware, creative and proactive, with experience managing budgets, suppliers and competing priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Knowledge of sectors such as social housing, property, regeneration, construction, education or charitable services, with the ability to quickly build credibility and understanding in new areas.
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player, willing to travel across Group locations; a full UK driving licence is desirable.

What We Offer

  • 27 days paid annual leave each year (rising one day per year up to a maximum of 32 days after five years) in addition to 8 bank holidays.
  • 6 additional days for volunteering
  • Up to 9% Employers Contribution to the Pension Scheme (match funded) .
  • £250 annual ‘Live and Learn’ allowance to spend on learning any new skill.
