Permanent role

Full-time (35 hours), Liverpool city centre office base

Proposed Interview Date: 6th March 2026

The purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact for the Group at the Head Office (the Foundry). To handle the flow of visitors through the business and ensure that all reception and administrative responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality, professionalism and in a timely manner.

You will provide support within the facilities team for the offices and manage tickets on the Facilities helpdesk. Duties will include ordering stationery, cleaning and other consumables for the offices and raise purchase orders for suppliers. Ensure the building is kept to a high standard through regular property inspections and to be aware of and report any building issues with contractors to rectify the issue. Responsible for distributing incoming mail to relevant teams across the Group and frank any outgoing mail.
