The predicted salary is between 30000 - 31400 £ per year.

Annual basic salary £30,000 – £31,400 (with NAEA) and realistic OTE of £38,000 – £39,400. Permanent, full‑time (35 hours). Work includes 1 in 4 Saturdays, with a day back in lieu the following week. Office base: Liverpool city centre (hybrid working option). A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle are essential.

As a Sales Negotiator at Redwing you will be a key member of a busy, fast‑paced sales team, managing a strong pipeline, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and nurturing relationships with vendors and buyers.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a strong property pipeline and conduct viewings.
  • Negotiate offers and build trust with buyers and vendors.
  • Handle a busy workload, consistently meet targets.
  • Keep branch and personal activity records.
  • Ensure the best price through effective negotiation.
  • Complete all legal documents related to the sale of property.
  • Manage the full sales progression process.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator in a fast‑paced estate agency.
  • Strong negotiation, confidence, and articulate communication skills.
  • Motivated, target‑driven and proactive approach.
  • Valuation experience is a bonus.
  • Shared ownership knowledge is advantageous.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle access.
  • NAEA qualification desirable.
