Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to develop and deliver engaging and inspiring programmes to support individuals and businesses to achieve their full potential within the Early Years sector. Within the Early Years team you will be responsible for teaching and assessing individuals and groups working towards their Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training and presentations to groups of up to 35 learners and assess progress.
Qualifications
- Experience working in the Early Years sector with up‑to‑date knowledge
- Level 3 qualified in Early Years and Level 2 qualified in English and Maths
- Ability to develop schemes of work, lesson plans, and learning resources for both in‑person and online training
- Experience working on a variety of online platforms and maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date records
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
