The role

As a Compliance Officer, you will ensure the delivery of specialist compliance contracts, including work order and certificate management, primarily in relation to M&E safety. You will be responsible for the coordination and monitoring of The Regenda Group’s Compliance Safety Services and performing critical duties to ensure the smooth contract management of compliance services, responsible to the Compliance Servicing Manager. This role will support and own the discharge of remedial actions following a completed safety check or risk assessment, whilst also ensuring that operational orders are managed effectively, through to completion and within target times. It is an exciting time to join our dynamic data-led asset management department. As a member of the Compliance Team, you will ensure safety of our customers and adherence to statutory compliance measures.

The right fit

  • You have previous experience in a property compliance role, preferably M&E Safety.
  • You will have significant experience in administrative and customer service roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, namely MS Excel.
  • Awareness of Risk Management.
  • You have the ability to demonstrate budgetary awareness and performance reporting.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a team.
  • You have a methodical and flexible approach with a positive attitude to work.
  • You have the ability to analyse, manipulate and interpret data using clear informative and concise reports.
  • You are able to work under own initiative, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of using a computerised Housing Management Database or similar equivalent.
