Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of apprenticeship and commercial provision through proactive employer engagement, relationship management, and identification of training opportunities.
- Provide high‑quality, impartial Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) to employers and prospective learners.
- Identify and cross‑sell wider commercial training opportunities and funded learning placement programmes to maximise value for employers.
- Maintain long‑term employer partnerships, ensure excellent service, and secure repeat business.
- Work closely with employers, internal delivery teams, and sector partners to secure sustainable apprenticeship and commercial new starters aligned to organisational targets and DfE requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, employer engagement, or sales within apprenticeships, skills, or commercial training.
- Experience managing employer accounts and securing repeat business.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales or recruitment targets.
- Experience providing information, advice and guidance to employers and/or learners.
- Target‑driven mindset with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High levels of integrity, reliability, and commitment to quality service.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
