The role

The purpose of this role is to provide a high-quality, customer-focused reception and front-of-house service to tenants, visitors, professionals, and contractors. Acting as the first point of contact, the postholder will ensure all enquiries are handled efficiently, professionally, and courteously, creating a welcoming and positive experience for all individuals accessing the service.

The role also supports the smooth day-to-day running of the building by maintaining effective communication, coordinating visitor access, and assisting with administrative and operational tasks as required.

The right fit

  • The post holder must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an experience of working effectively with colleagues, contractors, vulnerable tenants, and their families / advocates to deliver high quality housing services.
  • The post holder must have ICT skills which are applied in a way which provides an effective housing service both operationally and strategically through performance reporting
  • The post holder to be personable, approachable, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
  • Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers.
