The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

The main purpose of this role is to lead, motivate, develop and inspire the Finance Team in the effective delivery of high-quality financial support services within a customer focussed, fast-paced group environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that budgets, financial statements of accounts, management accounts and long-term business plans are produced within prescribed timescales and formats and reflect the corporate objectives of the Group. You’ll also lead the development of a financial strategy including business planning, treasury management activities, risk management and taxation.

The right fit

We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic and credible senior finance professional with a broad and in-depth knowledge across all areas of Finance. You’ll be a member of a recognised accountancy body with significant post-qualification experience and a thorough understanding of financial regulations, ideally with a background in the housing sector. An inspirational leader, you’ll possess well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to motivate your team and influence colleagues. You’ll also have demonstrable experience of reporting to and presenting at Executive and Board level. You’ll have the skills and personal attributes required to deliver a commercial, customer focussed service to the Group and will also be committed to the social aims and ambitions of our organisation.
