The role
As a Registered Manager within Regenda Homes you’ll be responsible for managing and leading a person‑centred holistic supported housing service to young parents and expectant mothers as well as early years.
You’ll provide outcome‑focused support adapted to meet all individuals needs working proactively in supporting young parents on the next steps to independence.
You will also support with local authority nominations and allocations and work within the wider team to ensure that safeguarding and child protection is prioritised at all times.
You’ll be responsible for reviewing housing policies and procedures, ensuring they’re up to date, legally compliant, meet regulatory requirements and the needs of our customers.
This may involve implementing policies and ensuring staff are fully trained and understand their responsibilities.

- You have strong safeguarding expertise, with proven experience in delivering high quality, child centred services working in partnership with families and professionals.
- You have (or are working towards) relevant early years or childcare qualifications with knowledge of Ofsted and regulatory standards.
- You’re resilient, organised and compassionate with excellent communication skills.
- You have the ability to motivate teams, drive improvement and achieve positive outcomes for children and families.
- A full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle is essential for training and meetings.
