Role
As an Apprentice Multi-Skilled Technician, you will develop skills and competence to become an effective tradesperson providing a quality service to customers with excellent customer service. You will attend college once a week to achieve your NVQ Level 2 qualification in your selected trade. You’ll experience working alongside qualified and experienced trade operatives within M&Y completing a range of installation, repairs, inspection and maintenance activities in different trades.

- You must have an interest in pursuing a career in construction and maintenance.
- You have a clear willingness to learn and develop your skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a strong attention to detail with basic ICT skills.
- Willing to learn excellent customer service skills to provide a positive customer experience.
- You have a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
- You must be able to attend college one day per week.
- You may on occasion be required to travel to other offices and therefore ability to travel to other offices which may not be easily accessible by public transport would be an advantage.
