You will own in-season performance across the Regatta brand estate, optimise on-site navigation and drive sales growth through campaigns, launches and stock management.
You will collaborate with Trading, Merchandising, Marketing and Data teams, coach junior colleagues and help shape our digital trading strategy with BI and industry tools.
