Responsibilities
- Coordinate Ecommerce Photography – manage schedules, product samples, and trackers to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accuracy and quality – conduct detailed checks across product data, imagery, and marketing materials.
- Support Marketing Operations – collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless delivery of content and campaigns.
- Ensure Ecommerce Photography projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with seasonal deadlines.
- Maintain exceptional accuracy across product information, imagery, and marketing content to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide reliable and organised operational support that keeps workflows running smoothly across Marketing, Product, Digital, and Merchandising teams.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies before they impact downstream processes or published content.
- Contribute to continuous improvements in processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
