The Impact You Will Have In This Role Is You’ll shape commercially successful outdoor ranges that drive growth and keep the brand ahead of trends. From concept to launch, your ideas will influence product direction, inspire teams, and deliver real results in the market.
As Our Future Apparel Designer, You Will Have:
- Proven design experience with strong creative flair and a commercial mindset
- Print and graphic experience would be advantageous
- Solid understanding of seasonal trends and ability to translate into on-brand ranges
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and technical product features
- Ability to balance creativity with price points and commercial constraints
- Confident communicator, able to present ideas with clarity and commercial rationale
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Proactive, positive attitude with a hands‑on, “can do” approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and CAD design software
