As a Senior Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering professional and effective advice to a diverse range of service users. You will work within a dedicated team to provide advocacy, guidance, and casework support, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our beneficiaries.
Contract type: Fixed term until 30 September 2026
Hours: 35 Hours (Full time)
Location: The successful candidate will be based at the Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Walsall or Dudley Centre
Main responsibilities:
- To offer advice, advocacy and support to service users with various aspects related to their welfare as requested by the management of RMC and funders' requirements.
- To maintain confidentiality in all dealings with service users and ensure their needs are met in a satisfactory and sensitive manner.
- To provide appropriate support and mentoring to any volunteers under supervision.
- To represent RMC at external meetings and events when required by the senior colleagues.
