We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and take on the role of providing professional and impactful advice and guidance to individuals and families accessing RMC services.
Contract type: Fixed Term – 12 months with possibility of extension
Hours: 35 Hours (Full time)
Location: Roles available in Wolverhampton, Walsall and Birmingham
Main responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support, advice, and advocacy for clients on immigration, asylum, and welfare-related matters.
- Ensure casework is conducted professionally, accurately recorded, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
