This is a full-time, on-site role based in Scunthorpe with The RedEverywhere Group. The role involves working closely with schools, partners, and community organizations to support the design, coordination, and delivery of creative educational programs. Daily responsibilities may include:
- Liaising with school leaders
- Organizing and facilitating workshops or activities for young people
- Gathering feedback to improve services
- Contributing to project planning and reporting
The role also includes building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, supporting the development of tailored solutions for client schools, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure programs are delivered effectively and on time. Qualifications:
- Experience working in or with schools, educational settings, or youth/community projects, with a strong interest in transforming educational experiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a range of stakeholders, including educators, young people, community partners, and local authorities.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including planning activities, managing timelines, and tracking progress against objectives.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and facilitate group activities or workshops.
