$4 billion .

If you’ve been looking for an opportunity where your experience can truly shape the future of a company and an industry, then this may be it.

You’ll be more than the CFO.

You’ll help answer questions like

• How do we maximize enterprise value before going public?

• What’s the optimal capital structure?

• Which exchange positions the company for long-term success?

  • How do we build a finance organization that meets global public-company standards?

You’ll lead the conversations that matter and the execution that follows.

This is what you’ll own.

✔ Lead the company’s private equity raise, listed bond issuance, and IPO strategy.

✔ Build a world-class finance organization ready for the public markets.

✔ Partner with investment banks, institutional investors, shareholders, and development finance institutions.

✔ Oversee treasury, tax, governance, audit readiness, and multinational finance operations.

✔ Shape the company’s investor story and represent the business with credibility on the global stage.

✔ Advise the CEO and Board on strategy, capital allocation, valuation, and long-term growth.

We’re looking for someone who has already done what others only talk about.

The ideal executive will bring

  • 20+ years of senior finance leadership, including experience as a CFO or equivalent executive within a publicly traded multinational.
  • A proven track record leading or playing a significant leadership role in a successful IPO or major public listing.
  • Strong capital markets experience across both debt and equity transactions.
  • Deep expertise in energy, infrastructure, utilities, natural resources, or another capital-intensive industry.
  • Experience working across Africa, with West Africa strongly preferred, combined with exposure to UK, European, or North American capital markets.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP, governance, public company reporting, and cross-border finance.
  • CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualifications. Big Four experience is highly desirable.

  • Partner directly with an entrepreneurial Founder & CEO and an engaged Board.
  • Build a global finance organization from the ground up.
  • Influence every major financial decision during one of the company’s most important growth phases.
  • Help create lasting enterprise value while leaving your mark on one of Africa’s leading energy companies.
