Responsibilities

  • Deliver best‑in‑class customer service and tailor the experience to each customer.
  • Support teammates across all areas and help wherever needed.
  • Know all beers, recommend food and drink, and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Maintain a family‑style, welcoming atmosphere.
