(Venue name) are on the search for an experienced, creative CDP with a great passion for the role to join their thriving, food led business and family in (Venue location). Only 20 minutes from the city, The Red Lion is an eclectic, warm, and welcoming public house which has been serving locals since around 1870. Our 10 bedroom boutique hotel places an emphasis on vintage glamour with decorative wallpapers, antique furniture and luxurious fabric to guarantee an enjoyable stay with us. Our gorgeous antique ballroom provides a perfect setting for weddings, birthdays or big parties, while our secret beer garden is great for soaking up the sunshine and enjoying a selection of dishes from our kitchen ranging from pub classics to a banging Sunday roast. A pub at the heart of the community.

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie that is ready for a new challenge and wants the opportunity to learn, develop new skills and progress within the business.

You Are:

  • A Chef de Partie passionate about food and cooking with great produce
  • An enthusiastic and dynamic CDP who is ready for a new challenge
