About Us
The Red Lion, Babcary is an award-winning country inn with a reputation for outstanding hospitality. We’re a busy pub, restaurant, and rooms operation, with a popular marquee hosting weddings, celebrations, and private events throughout the year. Conveniently located just off the A37, we’re around 15 minutes from Yeovil, Wincanton, Shepton Mallet, and Glastonbury.
The Role
We’re looking for a positive, enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our friendly and experienced team. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality experience who’s ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a leadership position. You’ll work closely with our Manager and hands-on Owners, gaining real responsibility, support, and opportunities to develop your skills in a thriving, well-run business.
