Food & Beverage Assistant to join our family!

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.

This is a full‑time role and will be reporting into the Esin Turhan.

Key Responsibilities of a Food & Beverage Assistant

  • Creating memorable experience to our guest by using emotional engagement and high attention to details.
  • Being familiar with all menus and all products available.
  • Cleaning and setting up tables.
  • Taking orders for our wonderful guests.
  • Making sure that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Assisting with the restaurant within house telephone calls and messages from guests as well as taking reservations to the company standards.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle high‑pressure situations with grace.
  • A friendly, enthusiastic, and professional with a strong passion for hospitality and ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
