We are seeking a professional and welcoming Doorperson /Luggage Porter to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional first impression and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.

Location: The Milestone Hotel

Employment type: Full-time, permanent

Working pattern: 4 on 4 off

Key Responsibilities of a Doorperson / Luggage Porter

• Warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage handling upon arrival and departure.
• Provide courteous and efficient assistance at the entrance, opening doors and guiding guests.
• Offer helpful and knowledgeable advice about London's attractions, transport, and local amenities.
• Assist with guest requests, including arranging transportation and handling deliveries.
• Valet parking guests' vehicles.
• Acting as a positive ambassador for the hotel.
• Helping maintain security at the front entrance.
• Answering general guest queries and ensuring the lobby and front area of the hotel is presentable and clean at all times.

What we're looking for:

• Clean driver's licence and valet parking experience is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel.
• A positive and welcoming attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of London's key attractions, transport links, and local areas.
• Ability to handle luggage and assist guests efficiently.
