We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.

We are looking for someone with previous experience within a 4 or 5 star hotel as a Senior/Head Waiter experience, with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail who enjoys delivering personalised service to guests.

This position reports into the Food & Beverage Manager.

Working pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and supervising restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
  • Supporting the F&B Management team and taking responsibility for shifts in their absence.
  • Ensuring the restaurant is fully prepared for service, with high presentation, cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Guiding and coaching team members, sharing menu knowledge and supporting ongoing training and development.
  • Providing expert food, beverage and wine recommendations while catering to dietary requirements and allergies.
  • Taking orders, upselling where appropriate, and ensuring efficient, accurate service throughout each shift.
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving queries or complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Handling billing, payments and cash reconciliation in line with company procedures.
  • Maintaining strong communication between the restaurant and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Supporting wider Food & Beverage operations, attending training sessions, and assisting in other outlets as required.

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor in a luxury hotel or high‑end dining setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Wine, Spirit and food knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering personalised and high‑quality service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities, ensuring smooth collaboration with all departments.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and evenings.
