We are currently recruiting for a Spa Therapist to join our successful and friendly spa team. In this position you will pamper our guests and make them feel like VIPs! This role will be reporting into the Spa Manager.

Working pattern: Mondays to Sundays with 2 days off
The Old Government House Hotel and Spa is the only five‑star hotel on the island, located at the Heart of St. Peter Port. This historic hotel with panoramic sea views sits proudly just up the hill from the main shopping street and a five‑minute walk from the quayside, offering exceptional food, service and beautifully designed rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out treatments to the highest standard.
- Ensuring accurate, knowledgeable, and thorough advice to all our guests.
- Dealing with all aspects of customer care, from meet and greet to spa etiquette and sales.
- Be professional and courteous; always ensuring competence and attention to detail.
- Monitoring all areas of the spa facility ensuring that it is safe, well maintained, and a hygienic environment at all times.
Qualifications:
- Ability to connect with guests and provide personalized service with a warm, professional attitude and care.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards are consistently met.
- Collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or spa.
