We are looking for someone with previous hotel Night Porter experience with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Has a positive attitude towards training and development and enjoys delivering personalised outstanding service to our guest.

This position reports to the Head Concierge.

Key Responsibilities of a Night Porter

  • Ensure guests luggage is delivered correctly
  • Provide great knowledge of the hotel and local area
  • Assis with reception and concierge requests
  • Answer general guest queries
  • Prepare and delivering room service orders after Kitchen team has finished for the day
  • Ensure the lobby and front area of the hotel is presentable and clean at all times

What are we looking for?

  • Previous Night Porter Experience: Ideally within a luxury or five-star hotel setting, with a clear understanding of hotel operations during overnight shifts.
  • Excellent Communication Skill.
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Reliability & Flexibility: Dependable and flexible, able to handle a variety of tasks while maintaining high standards of service.
  • A Team Player a to work closely with other departments.
