We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress (PM shifts) to join our family. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment. This role will be reporting into the Restaurant Manager.

The Milestone Hotel and Residences is a beautiful five-star hotel located opposite Kensington Palace Gardens and close to The Royal Albert Hall. This property has 43 individually designed bedrooms, 13 luxury suites and 6 long-stay apartments, a classic lounge area for Afternoon Tea, a modern Stables Bar and a 2 Rosettes restaurant, named Cheneston's.
Key Responsibilities of a Waiter:
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Be fully familiar with all menu items and products available to offer informed recommendations and answer guest questions.
- Ensure tables are cleaned, set up to the highest standards, and maintained throughout the service period.
- Engage with guests and provide attentive service, ensuring every experience is memorable.
- Maintain all food service areas to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with hotel standards.
What are we looking for?
- Ability to connect with guests and provide personalised service with a warm, professional attitude.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of service and presentation are consistently met.
