We are looking for a full-time Bar Supervisor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a bar, a strong knowledge of classic cocktails, and a confident, outgoing personality.
This person should be a natural leader with the ability to guide a shift while working collaboratively with the team.
The Bar Supervisor will report directly to Bar manager/assistant manager.

Key Responsibilities of a Bar Supervisor
- Welcome and interact with guests, providing friendly and professional service while offering drink recommendations.
- Ensure team members are knowledgeable about the menu and provide ongoing training to maintain high standards of service.
- Oversee cleanliness and organisation of the bar, ensuring it’s fully stocked and ready for service.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the bar during your shift, managing service flow and product quality.
- Accurately handle transactions and ensure the proper use of the POS system.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Lead the team, delegate tasks, and ensure the bar operates efficiently throughout your shift.

- Previous bar or hospitality experience, with strong knowledge of classic cocktails and a passion for delivering excellent service.
