This is a full-time, on-site Meeting and Events Sales Executive role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Meeting and Events Sales Executive will manage incoming meeting and event inquiries, prepare tailored proposals, conduct show‑rounds, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

The role includes maintaining relationships with corporate, leisure, and agency clients, negotiating rates and packages within set guidelines, and maximizing revenue through effective upselling and cross‑selling of hotel services. The Executive will coordinate closely with operations, reservations, and revenue teams to ensure seamless handover of event details, accurate function sheets, and high guest satisfaction.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities also include maintaining an up‑to‑date CRM, preparing reports and forecasts, attending sales meetings, representing the hotel at client events or trade shows, and supporting the wider sales team with targeted campaigns.
